3. Consultations are via phone only.
4. Please do not quote fees - they'll get a quote on the call.
5. Please do not call staff directly - send an email

1. There are five different meeting types you will be scheduling:

  • Current Clients

  • Potential Client – Bankruptcy (Michigan & Tennessee)

  • Potential Client – Criminal Law (TN only)

  • Potential Client - Probate (TN only)

  • Potential Client - Unsure of the legal issue

2. We are only doing phone meetings for now (coronavirus)

2. Are you a current client or new client?

  • If they are calling because they are supposed to have an appointment RIGHT NOW do this:

    • Assure them that the person they are waiting on will call them – that most likely the previous meeting is running long.

    • Take their name and phone number and send an email to michael@hollinslawoffice.com who will make sure the message gets to the right person ASAP.

4. If not a current client or potential client or they don't want to book a time to talk...

  • I’d be happy to take your name, telephone number, and email address to ensure a prompt reply.

  • Schedule them using the "Unsure Of Legal Issue" button

5. Cancellations/Reschedules

  • The easiest thing for me to do is let the team know you can’t make your time and book you a new one right now.

  • Did you need help with bankruptcy, criminal law, or probate?

    • Click the corresponding button.

  • WHEN DONE rescheduling the above appointment or if they just want to cancel please email michael@hollinslawoffice.com the person’s name and state that "the appointment scheduled for _____ has been canceled."

Bankruptcy Consult - PHONE

  • 1. In the calendar select CENTRAL time zone.

  • 2. Make sure CENTRAL TIME is ALWAYS chosen.

  • 3. Offer the next two days available (NOT the same day).

  • 4. Within the day chosen, offer morning and afternoon time (if available).

  • 5. Click on the time chosen and select "continue."

  • 6. Complete all the information requested.

  • 7. NOTE: do not place notes for the business in the booking notes - clients CAN see them.

 

Criminal Law Consult - PHONE

  • 1. In the calendar select CENTRAL time zone.

  • 2. Make sure CENTRAL TIME is ALWAYS chosen.

  • 3. Offer the next two days available (NOT the same day).

  • 4. Within the day chosen, offer morning and afternoon time (if available).

  • 5. Click on the time chosen and select "continue."
